NOTICE: Delivery times are indicative and therefore only valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (eg incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks such as strikes, connection losses, bad weather, etc.).
The shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the monetary value of the order being presented at checkout.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries are provided by the GLS carrier.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email, the delivery number assigned to the order will be sent and a link will be sent to follow the order on the carrier's website, as well as the available options.

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, at the address that the customer indicates when making the same.
The customer can receive the order where it wishes (except in sections) from Monday to Friday. To do this, simply provide us the address where someone will be present between 9h and 19h. An attempt will be made for delivery by a courier of the carrier GLS to the address indicated by the customer.
NOTICE: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, since it will be conditioned by the route defined by the carrier to the courier on the day of delivery.
The delivery of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may lead to its return to Mondays, causing additional costs for the customer, so we recommend that you always make sure that the delivery address indicated at the time of order registration is effectively correct and complete .
After two unsuccessful attempts by GLS, your order will be delivered to one of the service points to be lifted.
