When do you use Mondays?

It's not a program or a diet. It's food to consume whenever and wherever you want.

Whether at breakfast to give you energy throughout the day or at lunch when time is short and you need a good meal. You make the rules.

Each package contains 1 meal, the right size to take with you wherever you go.

How to use

We recommend adding 450ml of water, milk or vegetable drink to your favorite Mondays, but we do not even have rules in preparation.

Mondays Ingredients


A source of fiber that helps regulate the digestive system and control glycemic levels. Comprised of a concentration of beta-glucans, a type of soluble fiber that helps maintain normal cholesterol levels.

Quinoa Salad

Considered a pseudocereal, it is one of the richest in protein and amino acids, containing 9 essential amino acids that the body does not produce. It is also a good source of iron, zinc and B-complex vitamins.


Maltodextrin Carbohydrate from starch, sought after by athletes given rapid body absorption and glucose level replenishment. Helps fight premature fatigue and provides lasting energy.

Minerals & Vitamins

Each meal is a source of 24 micronutrients including Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron, Magnesium, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Visit the Faq page to check the complete list.

Hemp Seeds

While being an excellent source of protein and calcium, it also contains essential fatty acids that contribute to your cardiovascular system health.

Sunflower & Linseed Oil

Mix of fatty acids (XMUMX, 3 and 6), considered essential for the maintenance of the nervous and cardiovascular systems. It also contains vitamin E, a nutrient with important antioxidant action.
